What's the process and deposit required to buy a lot?

The process is simple: Arrange a site inspection to view Donohoe’s Estate and available lots. Select your preferred lot and enter into a contract for purchase. Pay a 10% deposit upon signing the contract. Our team will guide you through each step of the process and answer any questions you may have.
Is the land at Donohoe's Estate already titled?

The subdivision is currently progressing through the final stages of approval, with registration of the subdivision with NSW Land Registry Services anticipated in October/November 2026. Individual lots will be titled following registration.
Yes you can choose your own builder or ask us about local home builders that service the Boorowa area. Once you have the plans for your house design, the first step is to submit your plans/documents for approval by the Donohoe’s Estate Design Committee. The second step is to obtain planning approval from Hilltops Council or Certifying Authority. Construction on your lot is to be completed within 24 months from obtaining planning approval.
Can I choose my own builder, and how long does it take to build?
