SOD TURNING CEREMONY, 30 APRIL 2025 | CELEBRATING A GREAT MILESTONE
We had a fantastic day on Wednesday 30 April, celebrating a great milestone with the official sod-turning ceremony for Stage 1 of Donohoe’s Estate. The ceremony was attended by The Honorable Michael McCormack MP, Federal Member for Riverina Hilltops Council Mayor, General Manager and Councillors as well as many members of the community, local business owners, existing buyers, and the project team.
This exciting event held on the site of the future 57 lots that make up Stage 1 of Donohoe’s Estate, marked the beginning of the first chapter in a new story for the site and for the Boorowa community. What was once a vision on paper by developers Tim and Dan Murphy, is now coming to life.
“Donohoe’s Estate represents growth - not just in infrastructure, but in opportunity, connection, and the future of Boorowa… It will bring the promise of belonging… a place where families can grow, neighbours can connect, community is built, and new memories will be made. We want to see Donohoe’s Estate become a regional development success story, and we want it to facilitate for growth and prosperity in Boorowa’s future”. - Tim Murphy.
Thank you to all those that joined us at the ceremony. We can’t wait to watch Donohoe’s Estate come to life in beautiful Boorowa.
