March 2025 Updates for Donohoe’s Estate

COMMUNITY INFORMATION NIGHT

On Thursday 27th February, we enjoyed a fantastic evening at our Community Information Night at the Boorowa Ex-Services & Citizens Club. It was wonderful to connect with current and prospective buyers, as well as local residents and business owners. The event provided a valuable opportunity to share updates on the development progress at Donohoe’s Estate.

WHEN WILL CONSTRUCTION WORK BEGIN?

We are thrilled to announce that we have officially been issued with our Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC)* by Hilltops Council. This marks a significant milestone, allowing us to bring in the dozers on site and begin civil construction works including earthworks, roads, sewerage works, drainage, installation of services and landscaping.

*SWC is required before the commencement of any subdivision works. It is similar to a Construction Certificate, in that it certifies that all works, plans and specifications will comply with the requirements of the regulations.

Our current lot prices starting from $180,000, will be available for a limited time until construction work begins. Once we have the dozers on site and commence construction around May 2025, the lot prices will increase.
